Oak Ridge Care Center engages in community connections and creates an impact beyond the doors of our facility. We participate in the local Leadership Union Grove program and will often send team members to this class where they can practice leadership skills and gain new insights on management and teamwork. This class has been a great opportunity for our leadership team to develop into more effective and compassionate mentors. In early January, the entire class came into our facility for a tour and to learn about long term care. We are proud to show our community the amazing work that our wonderful team is accomplishing in our facility. We’re grateful to be a part of such a remarkable community here in Union Grove!
