Thank you for your interest in Oak Ridge Care Center. As you are planning for your rehabilitation or long-term care needs, we encourage you to contact us with questions or arrange a tour. Our interdisciplinary team meets with each resident and his or her caretakers and family members shortly after admission to discuss goals and expectations.

For short-term residents, we understand that we may be a stepping stone on your path to recovery. The Oak Ridge Care Center Social Services team members work closely with residents and their families to expedite the transition back to the community. They meet regularly with every patient to ensure that any necessary support services are in place at the time of discharge.

Family members, including children and pets, are encouraged to visit residents. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurances.

A visit will let you experience the warmth and community offered by Oak Ridge Care Center.

What to bring upon admission:

• Copies of insurance cards
• Power of Attorney documents
• Clothing and shoes
• Personal items such as toiletries, photos, small decorations to personalize room
